1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Udlivery mobile application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

Udlivery is built for verified university students. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that cannot be verified or that break these Terms.

3. Placing Orders

Udlivery connects students who want items delivered with student Udliverers on campus. We provide the platform; the order is fulfilled by the Udliverer who accepts it. You are responsible for accurate pickup and drop-off details and for being reachable at the delivery location.

Prohibited items

You may not request delivery of illegal items, weapons, or anything restricted by your university or applicable law.

4. Udliverers

Udliverers are independent student partners, not employees of Udlivery. Udliverers agree to deliver orders safely and honestly, to handle items with care, and to follow campus rules. Additional verification may be required before you can deliver.

5. Payments, Fees and Refunds

Prices, delivery fees and any service fees are shown in the app before you confirm an order. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. If there is a problem with an order, contact support and we will review it and, where appropriate, offer a refund or credit.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against other users
Do not misuse the platform, commit fraud or create fake accounts
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Udlivery name, logo, app and website content are owned by Udlivery and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udlivery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for the actions of users, including Udliverers.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service at any time, and we may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
